 The way we do business at Freedom Ranch is quite simple and straight forward. However, it is important to know that once you leave our ranch with your baby goat it belongs to you. Please note the following specific details. If you have any questions, please discuss with us before you pick up your new baby
Return and Refund policy for a purchased goat baby:

• Terms of return - DISCUSS WITH US BEFORE YOU LEAVE OUR RANCH
• State of return means baby goat is in the same health condition both physically and mentally as it left our ranch
• Reason for return vet statement that baby goat is ill due to a serious illness that is confirmed by testing (not something that has occurred due to stress of shipping or relocation to your herd) within 10 days of leaving our ranch
• Process for return means you must return to us at your own expense. If you simply change your mind you will need to find a new buyer
• Process of refund will be back to the original form of payment
